Levis 701, first introduced in 1934 as a women’s version of the classic 501. More feminine cut in the hips but still wide in the leg like the 501. The jeans features the signature pink line selvage and the back pockets are reinforced with hidden rivets.
The fit got popular in the 40s and was worn by people like Miss Norma Jeane (Marilyn Monroe) in the movie The Misfits.
As they are sanforized, the shrinkage is minimal.
